What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 3 hours notice to cancel a class reservation. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before class will result in forfeiture of the class pass used to book the reservations. Cancellations must be made through the booking website. We can not accept cancellations by phone, emails or social media messages and may result in a no-show fee.
No-show visits will also result in the forfeiture of the class pass, plus a $15 fee.
I'm new to pilates. Is Pilates to the Core classes beginner friendly?
Absolutely! We’d love to have you. Our Foundations class is designed just for people who are new to Pilates. You’ll learn the basics of the reformer, how the springs work, and the core principles we build on in every class, all at a comfortable pace. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way, so no experience needed!
Do I have to have a membership to book a class?
Nope, no membership needed! You can book a single drop-in class, or grab one of our flex packs if you’d like a little more flexibility.
How does the waitlist work?
We encourage clients to sign up for a class waitlist if their preferred class is fully booked. Due to cancellations, clients may be added to a class up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. Please keep an eye on your booking notifications.
If your schedule changes and you are unable to attend class, please cancel your waitlist reservation to avoid being added to the class and potentially incurring any fees.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and grip socks (they help keep you steady on the reformer). Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes so you can move freely and your instructor can check your form. Loose clothing can get caught in the springs and straps.
When should I arrive for class?
The studio will be open 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time, and we recommend arriving a few minutes early so you have time to get settled and ready for class.
If another class is finishing when you arrive, please be respectful of those completing their movements and wait quietly until the space is ready for your class.
Can I take a class while pregnant?
Reformer Pilates can be a wonderful way to stay strong during pregnancy, but every pregnancy is different. We recommend checking with your doctor or midwife first to make sure you’re cleared for exercise. Once you are, just let your instructor know you’re pregnant (and how far along) before class so they can modify movements for you.
Where do I park?
Parking is available along all surrounding streets including Lincolnway, Market, and State. Parking is first-come, first-served, so please plan accordingly. We recommend allowing plenty of time time to find parking, walk to the studio and get settled before class begins.
